Mexico La Concordia is an amazing full-bodied rich coffee that acts more like a blend than a single-origin due to the complexity in the cup.
This coffee has a syrupy body with notes of rich dark caramel, cocoa nibs, almonds, and finishes with notes of apple butter and plum.
About This Coffee
The Concordia region is renowned for producing excellent coffee due to its agroclimatic conditions of the area – altitude, soils, biodiversity, and most importantly, the people, who through effort and care, produce the “Oro Verde”.
The small farms in this region have an advantage during the harvest season, as the weather is cold with little rain which leads to extended fermentation periods (12-17 hours), and longer drying periods where the coffee can be sun dried in their yards or on their zarandas.
All these factors combined improve the cup quality of the region, where conservation of environment and sustainable coexistence between coffee producing activities and the flora and fauna surrounding them is most important.

What's the turnaround time for coffee orders?
Coffee is typically roasted on Mondays and shipped out the next day following QC. It is possible that your coffee is deemed fresh enough to ship if I have any roasted stock and shipped out soon after ordering. e.g. an order is placed on Thursday and I still have some of that coffee that was roasted on Monday, then I may be able to ship right away.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders under $50.
You can also choose free local delivery if you live in the 29609 or 29601 zip code. You will automatically see this option at checkout if you qualify.
Finally, you can pick up your order for free at 400 Birnie St every Thursday from 4-6pm.

Do I qualify for free local delivery?
I'm happy to offer free local delivery to all addresses in the 29609 and 29601 zip code. If your shipping address qualifies at checkout, you will automatically see this as an option, along with a time range of when to expect your delivery.
How does local pick up work?
Local pick-up is available at the lab on Thursdays from 4-6PM by appointment only. This option is for online orders placed in advance. I will notify you by email that your order is ready for pick-up, with exact access instructions. The location is 400 Birnie St, Greenville, SC 29611.
