With our Ultimate Coffee Experience, gift recipients receive 2 to 6 12oz bags of fresh coffee beans (whole or ground - your choice) each month for 3, 6, or 12 months. All the details on how the Ultimate Coffee Experience works:
  • Decide how many bags you'd like to gift your recipient each month (2-6 12oz bags)
  • Select whether you'd like the coffee beans whole or ground (when in doubt, choose ground - we'll let your recipient know they can change this preference after their first delivery if they want!)
  • Choose your starting month for their gift delivery. For holiday gifting, we recommend a start date of January 2025. All coffee subscriptions are roasted fresh & mailed the first week of every month.
  • Choose whether you want to gift your recipient enough fresh coffee for 3, 6, or 12 months
  • Enter your giftee's email address. We will use this to email them every month with a list of coffee options, so they can note their flavor preferences or have us choose for them.
  • Enter your gift note for your recipient - so they know who to thank profusely!
  • At checkout, you'll enter your giftee's shipping address (plus your own info for billing purposes).
  • Sit back and prepare to be voted best gifter this holiday season!
If you're gifting this for the 2024 holiday season, we suggest picking a start date of January 2025. You want something to actually put under the tree or physically give to your recipient - so we're throwing in a FREE additional 8oz bag of Calibration Coffee Lab coffee to be delivered in mid-December for all orders placed by December 6th.

Note that this subscription is a one-time, prepaid fee for you, the gifter. You have the option to pay for 3, 6, or 12 months of coffee delivery at a significant savings over our individual bags for sale!

How does it work each month?
Each month, we send out a list of about 6 coffees to choose from, including decaf. Your recipient can let us know their coffee preferences or they can opt to let us chose for them. Then we carefully roast these coffees and ship them out the first week of each month.
Our coffees range from rich, chocolatey and caramel blends to juicy and fruity single-origin coffees. It is hands down the best way to start your morning.

Have questions?

What's the turnaround time for coffee orders?

Coffee is typically roasted on Mondays and shipped out the next day following QC. It is possible that your coffee is deemed fresh enough to ship if I have any roasted stock and shipped out soon after ordering. e.g. an order is placed on Thursday and I still have some of that coffee that was roasted on Monday, then I may be able to ship right away.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders under $50.

You can also choose free local delivery if you live in the 29609 or 29601 zip code. You will automatically see this option at checkout if you qualify.

Finally, you can pick up your order for free at 400 Birnie St every Thursday from 4-6pm.

Do I qualify for free local delivery?

I'm happy to offer free local delivery to all addresses in the 29609 and 29601 zip code. If your shipping address qualifies at checkout, you will automatically see this as an option, along with a time range of when to expect your delivery.

How does local pick up work?

Local pick-up is available at the lab on Thursdays from 4-6PM by appointment only. This option is for online orders placed in advance. I will notify you by email that your order is ready for pick-up, with exact access instructions. The location is 400 Birnie St, Greenville, SC 29611.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I'm happy to offer free shipping for all orders $50 or over. That's 3 bags of coffee! No coupon code is necessary to redeem this offer.
